This lootable chest spawns upon opening all twelve Relic Coffer in Blackrock Depths. Once the final coffer has been opened, the stone guardians in the room will come alive and Watchman Doomgrip will spawn. Upon defeating all enemies, a hidden door beneath the Dark Coffer will open allowing access to the Secret Safe as well as the Heart of the Mountain.
