I have completed all requirements for quest "The Hand of Fate"

But not receiving auto popup of quest The Hand of Fate in Dalaran. Mage Khadgar in Violet Citadel in Dalaran does not give you the quest either.

I have tried relogging and going somewhere and getting back to Dalaran and still nothing.

It seems the updates you made this year, really messed up the quests to unlock access to Argus. I did not have problems with any of these quests on my alts last year and so frustrated, all my new alts are stuck without access to Argus.
