I play from italy, very rarely I had problems with disconnections. But since yesterday (19:30-20:00 server time) and still today, there are repeated disconnections and latency peaks that exceed 4 seconds.

We are facing some issues on routes from players to server and are looking for a solution.
At this moment you can try using external proxy/VPN, this should help.
