I'm stuck on the quest in the Hyjal region.

Hello, My character is Alicez, Lv120, a Horde blood elf hunter, playing BFA 8.3.7.
I want to tame Ban'thalos. To do that, I need to progress a certain amount of the Hyjal quests.
I didn't do the Hyjal quest properly during the level-up process, so perhaps that's why the Hyjal quest isn't progressing at the moment.
After checking with the BtWQuests add-on, the Hyjal starting quest has not been completed.
However, I cannot receive the Hyjal starting quest now.
Please help me solve it.

As for Ban'thalos - it should be settled without any dependence on your questline progress.
