CODE AUTORIZATION PROBLEM

Hello
i'm a new player from Italy , i tryed to sell some items , but a GM sent me e message, that informs me that i have a lot of restriction, ant i have to put an autentication code in a window, but i don't receive any mail with this code.. i trayed to click on a " verify an email" more times, but no mail incoming.

You don't receive a code, you need to type your email address in code window.
