Hey, I have problem with Battle for Azeroth questline, while playing I've somehow lost my Heart of Azeroth but I got a new one through mail and here comes my problem, there is no way to equip it, it just repeat "This item cannot be equipped." even when I'm in Chamber of Heart. Any fix to this?

Unfortunately we can not do anything in this case yet.
Try levelling without HoA.
