2. Контроль, который ломается при получении любого урона (Соблазн, Замораживающая стрела и прочие) не прерывается отнятием маны с помощью Похищения маны. См. также: https://forum.wowcircle.com/showthread.php?t=1290780.

Репорт не касается контроля, который имеет порог урона (Страх, например). Укус гадюки и Похищение маны их не прерывают, в отличие от https://wowroad.info/?spell=8129, которое у нас работает корректно, судя по всему (прерывает фир мгновенно даже со щитом).

Even though it does not cause any damage, it does break seduction once it ticks.

It used to cause dmg pre-BC (as a talent point) but bliz took it out. I found it useful to drain to caster's mana and dmg them at the same time. but that's just me! and yes for some reason it break C.C. no matter what type of CC it is.

In an earlier version, Mana Drain did not break crowd control, such as [Polymorph] or [Fear]. However, this has been changed.

Yes, mana drains will break CC that also breaks on damage like Blind, Freezing Trap, Seduction etc.
