I don't know why it says this quest is no longer available. I just did it earlier tonight. And no it does not count toward loremaster, like Stjimmy mentioned.

There are 2 quests with this name, one with the numeric ID 12513(which is still in the game) and one with the numeric ID 12515(which is not). I do not know why there are 2 quests, especially since this quest has the higher numeric ID which suggests it was created later.

Actually as Horde, checking this quest from the quest log using Blizzard's API GetQuestLogTitle(), shows quest ID 12515 (in the game). Odd that wowhead thinks it is not available. Does that mean quest ID 12513 may be the alliance version because alliance people are commenting they see that?
предположу два варианта:
1) путаница на вовхед с "недоступен" для 4.2, что перешла к нам и сохранилась, несмотря на правки в источнике
2) в 4.2 "слили" два кв-а в один - у них единственное отличие, что квест для 3х рас (да ж не весь Альянс) выдает при завершение более длинную фразу :)
