Unable to login into SL

When attempting to login, I'm getting the following message

We couldn't log you in with what you just entered. Please try again (BLZ51900003)

I've gone through the SL connection steps and registered with SL and got the necessary email to confirm registeration.
I found a site regarding the config file in the WTF, where the set portal string is used and I've amended this sl.wowcircle.me.

Please let me know what else i need to do to connect to the servers

Can you log into your personal account https://cpsl.wowcircle.me/login ?
If you downloaded a ready-made client, then you did not need to touch the WTF folder
