cant join legion dungeons (leveling character)

I'm leveling a character, currently monk at level 102, I have all 3 artifacts acquired and I can't access the legion dungeons because it tells me that in order to access them I must have an artifact.
I currently have an ilvl of 136.
My character is called Najwa on server 8.3.7x5

I would really appreciate it if you could fix this, since I am a main healer and I really enjoy leveling my character by doing dungeons.

hi, this is unfortunately (or not) a "thing" of the server, in the Legion you need to level up on quests in stormheim (they all work there, unlike other locations) or people reach lvl 110 through local quests or farming rares in the high mountain cave

i recommend purchasing VIP status for your account in your personal account (+exp)

Thanks for the info, I thought I was the only one having this problem. I'll be going to Tormenheim to quest there then.

You'd better use quests for levelling like it was mentioned above.
