Kyrian druid and mage abilities bugged - shadowlands 9.2.7

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to post this

I've encountered two bugs with the kyrian covenant abilities for druid (kindred spirits) and mage (radiant spark) and their respective legendaries:

For Druid (kindred spirits):
1) The empowered ability after you bond with an ally shouldn't require you to target your bonded partner, but here it needs to be targeted

2) The passive bonus stats given by the covenant legendary (I'm using the unity legendary belt here) for you and your partner are all wrong. First, it only gives mastery no matter the covenant of your ally. Second, the amount of stats are wrong, you should have double the amount of stats of your bonded partner, currently you both get 210 mastery always. Third, when you use the empowerment ability, the stats of both of you should be doubled, which is not happening.

For Mage (radiant spark):
1) The stacks of the spell damage buff should increase 1 at a time with each spell hit up to 4, I am using the arcane harmony build, so what I do is hit radiant spark, then 4x arcane blast, then arcane barrage. By doing this the last spell should get the maximum spell damage increase. However, I've noticed some situations where the 4 stacks are being consumed all at once, usually when I pair radiant spark with touch of the magi and rune of power, when I hit the first arcane blast all 4 stacks are consumed at once, this is ruining the kyrian arcane mage playstyle

2) I am almost sure the covenant legendary (again I'm using the unity legendary belt here) is not damaging nearby enemies as it should

Obs: I have not tested kyrian for the other mage specs, only arcane.
