Notable Observations:
1) There is no general rule that a Passive will stack with a Temporary. Proof:
(Passive) Minor Speed on Boots does not stack with (Temporary) Dash.
(Passive) Feline Swiftness (talent) does not stack with (Temporary) Dash.
2) There is no general rule that a Passive will stack with another Passive. Proof:
(Passive) Minor Speed on Boots does not stack with (Passive) Travel Form.
(Passive) Minor Speed on Boots does not stack with (Passive) Feline Swiftness.
3) The only Speed-increase effect that stack with something else in the table above is the PvP set-bonus from Druids.
It's worth noting that this set-bonus states "Only active outdoors" - which means it applies in areas where mounts can be used by opponents.
Likewise with the Shaman boots which increases speed; Ghost Wolf is also only usable outdoors.
Feline Swiftness is out-door only aswell but does not stack with Minor Speed, so it cannot be made a general rule that out-door-only effects always stack.
4) Movement Speed stacks Multiplicatively. Proof:
PvP set-bonus is 15% increase. With Travel Form it goes from 140 to 161 that's 100 * 1,4 * 1,15 = 161
5) Movement Speed reduction effects are Multiplicated by. Proof:
Prowl is 30% reduction. With Cat, Dash, Prowl it becomes 100 * 1,6 * 0,7 = 112
Conclussion:
Following the logic of the 5 point's above, and assuming that these are general rules for movement speed stacking; the conlussion becomes:
- Players can only benefit from one movement speed increase from each of the categories below (highest applies)
