Atiesh is a dual-wielding demon boss that hits very hard. Disarming him reduces his melee damage and drops his sword, Andonisus, on the ground so you can pick it up and use it against him. He also has a shadow damage aura that hits for about 400, a seemingly random shadowbolt that hits for about 1500, and a curse that drastically reduces attack power.

Be sure to kill all the trash including the Eye of Naxx. Fully buff, including shadow protection, and don't be afraid to use consumables. Mana and shadow prot pots among others help. We had our warrior start with rage he so could immediately disarm. Our priest bubbled everyone beforehand and kept the group up with PoH while our druid focused on the tank. Atiesh can shadowbolt the same person multiple times so don't let anyone get too low!
