Гарр агрится вне его радиуса агра + у этой способности должен быть кд прежде чем использует ее второй раз
В скриптах стоит время для повтора от 30100 до 33600 сек, так что сразу 2 раза он спелл не прожимает.

This guy is absolutely ridiculous. He crit me for 961 damage "white damage" (44 rogue, he's level 43). I got lucky and dodged the rest of his swings. I'm guessing he does around 500-600 regular white hits to leather? Absolutely ridiculous.

Don't let him hit you. You will probably die.

Beware of this guy, none elite and he crit me for 900+ Damage on his second swing through mail/plate (43 Warrior).
