Come out, dispel dispel dispel, get a few other dots off half the time before silenced, hide, heal yourself once, come back out dispel dispel dispel, hide, etc. 7k damage every 6 seconds really is not that great. In 2's it's even worse of course (14 August 2010 - 07:16 PM)
The thing is, most dks I know (myself included) would trade unholy blight for a UA type effect anyday. My lock hit 80 today, and I still wet my panties everytime UA gets dispelled (Posted 16 August 2010 - 01:33 AM) ( без игнора реса уа бы било по 3-4к, а это смешной урон.)
UA - VT - UB..
UA is 3x better than the other two, it silences it costs no mana since you are lock and have infinite mana and it deals 10k dmg so ya, try playing SP where your VT gets dispeled 5 times and you are oom or dk doing shit damage. (16 August 2010 - 01:42 AM)
I honestly can't believe anyone is arguing that UB is better than UA. 95% of healers don't use dispel at all when UA is up (hence the end effect is exactly the same as UB), and that other 5% that does, actually ends up doing the warlock a favour.
Not to mention, people seem to be forgetting that while UB only protects the dks diseases, UA protects ALL magic debuffs on the target, which is why warlock class synergy is so damned high. (Posted 16 August 2010 - 09:51 PM) Надеюсь осилите это, и поймете смысл.
No one dispells UA to avoid the dmg from dots...They dispell it to remove CC. And when the first 10 sec fear on the rogue gets dispelled there is this thing called DR, which fucks all over the place and you lost 10 secs of CC which should not be able to be dispelled in the first place. Either you guys have been smoking or they buffed UA since i last played affliction in arena...which was yesterday.
Okei, just checked it and with my 3700 spellpower on 0 resi it hits 9700, crits 15k, with 4k spell power all procs full pve gear it hits 10500. power word shield of this bad geared priest i tested on absorbed 8,6k and the UA hitted for 1k dmg. Healing up 1k dmg without MS isnt tough.

I think you're a pretty big moron if you fail to understand the statement UP TO 12k dmg, not to mention that UA's currently broken and completely ignores resi.
Not to mention that in let's say LSD, with totem of wrath etc you'll most likely have 4kish sp too with your full pvp gear on.

My tests might have been wrong, only tried on one priest, and it did hit the same with 0 resi and with 1100 resi. With 3700 spellpower it did 9700 damage on this priest and he absorbed 7.5k-8.5k of its damage when he had PW:S up ( nothing resisted ) With 4k spellpower it did hit <11k.
