ты бы видел как у протоваров починили, ну норм вообще да

Bear:

This bonus have different effects depending if you use Glyph of Frenzied Regeneration or not.

With glyph you will increase all healing raid recieves by 30%

Without glyph you will increase your raid HP by 15% of your maximum HP and most interesting, you will heal every raid member by 25% of the amount you restore to yourself (even if you are at full HP, your overheal will still heal everyone).
In 25man you will be able to restore more than 1 million HP (1.3M in 395 gear) on heavy aoe phases, like Ultraxion fight, making this set bonus 2-3 times more effective than Tranquility.

If you start the fight out of bear form(in cat form for example), you will get Recently Shapeshifted debuff on you, preventing set bonus to proc. It will still work on you, but it will have no effect on raid.

Cat:
After using Tiger's Fury you will get Stampede buff, the same as you get after using Feral Charge.

In order to use it, you have to take Stampede talent, it will not work without it.

With right usage this bonus will give you ~4.5% dps, making it the most powerful feral set bonus in Cata.
