Parkway Drive
We are devastated to hear about the passing of our good friend Tom Searle from the Architects. We first played with the Architects over 10 years ago in London and since then they have been not only some of our closest tour friends, but also the people we have toured with the most.Tom was inspiring and courageous in his battle with cancer, we will never be able to put into words what it has been like to witness his mentality, his dignity, his passion and his positivity. His legacy not only as a musician, but as a person will be impossible to forget. Our hearts go out every person feeling the loss right now, especially those closest to him that have showed so much compassion during this time.With all that we are, you will be missed. Thank you for sharing you life with us Tom.

I am heartbroken to be writing this.Tom was a huge inspiration to me,both musically and personally and I always saw us as forever friends on opposite sides of the earth. I had a connection with Tom that I have not felt with many people throughout my life. His art came from deep within and it resonated with me instantly. He was an incredible person, and I feel extremely lucky to have known him.If it wasn’t for Tom Searle and Architects, there would be no Northlane. My thoughts are with Dan, Sam, Ali and Adam and the Searle family.Rest in peace Tom, I love you and miss you.
