Donor shop wrong item requirement.

Hi.
I bought from donnor shop a mount : [Reins of the Azure Water Strider]
The problem is that. I need exalted with "The anglers" to use that mount. The issue is , after I exalted with them I can have same mount for few gold.. so I belive you should remove that "requierement" from this item. Otherwise , who will donate for that mount will find him/her won't be able to use it . If you guys see wwhat i mean.
Let me know if you can remove the requierement so I can use it straight away after buyng , if not, let me know how if i can request refound because the item is unusuable.

We can not remove the requirement, but can refund bonuses for the mount.

I have more than 72 hours from the moment i bought that item, I just realised , because was siting in my toon bags.. I forgot. Still available for refund ? Maybe you guys shoud take that out...

When did you buy it?

I tried to check my history purchase on account.. notihing showing up.. but i belive should be like a week or so.

To be honest , Ifter I read your "Refund" rules , I belive do not aply for me because that item in donor shop is your mistake. As a donor I see, after spending real money, I should be able to use items straight away without complications. Like farming for that mount in my problem.

Items with restriction do not lose these restrictions even if they're donated.
