Dear players, we have been practising bonus refund for more than 5 months in case of MISTAKEN operations.
Refund terms:
1. You can file refund application during 72 hours after buying item/service.
2. You can get refund once in 180 days (per account).
3. Application lead time is up to 30 days, refund takes place once a month, from 25th till 30th day of each month (random day)
*application list is prepared on 24th day of each month and can not be updated.
4. For each issue you must create a thread or contact your game master via PM.
5. Refund comission is 10%.
Mistaken operations do not include:
- Items, sent as a gift, if you send a gift (or receive it), refund is impossible (mail verification is used);
- Buying a character in "Buy character" section, this is an auction, operation rollback is impossible;
- Items, bought for https://wowroad.info/?item=22484;
- Opened LootBoxes;
- Character transfer to another account (mail verification is used).
Mistaken operations include:
- Items, bought for another class/spec for your character, items you can not wear, receive from mail, and items bought by mistake (for example normal instead of heroic).
- Items, bought for the wrong character/at wrong realm on one account (for example you bought the item at x100 instead of x5).
- Services (change race/faction/nickname/gender) bought for wrong character/at wrong realm
* in case of buying these features (change race/faction/nickname/gender) bonus refund is impossible, it is only possible to disable feature or transfer it to a needed character.
Everything not described in this thread is not considered to be a mistaken operation by default.
If you do not fit the terms above, or decided to file an application after six months, you should not do this, your application will be rejected, we do not make exclusions.
Application can be rejected without explaining the reason.
Your account will be banned for 100 days if you try to fool administration (for example asking for refund after using an item for transmogrification).
