Lost access to old email – cannot confirm character purchase

Hello.

I topped up my WoW Circle account with $60, but I lost access to the old mail.ru email linked to this account.

Mail.ru now requires Russian “Gosuslugi” verification, which I cannot use because I am not a Russian citizen.

Because of this, I cannot confirm my character purchase.
I can confirm account ownership and payment details (date, amount, payment method).

Please help me change the account email to a new one.

Mail.ru don't require “Gosuslugi” verification. It's only ask (2 times) about "no password enter". Click "Пропустить"/"Skip" two times and enter e-mail password.
