rayearle's comment is correct. She roams between all FOUR points! She will wait about five minutes at each location before walking to the next.

I found her walking to the fourth (29,69) as I ported in to Darnassus, and this is the path she took:

Found at (29,69)
Followed to (48,68)
Followed to (38,44)
Followed to (39,74) (see note)
Followed to (29,69)

NOTE: She ONLY stops at (39,74) on her way back up the ramp! She avoids the exact spot when passing by.
NOTE: She carries a staff! Don't confuse her with Herald Moonstalker, who's path overlaps between (39,74) and (38,44).
