[Legion] Instillation Issue

Hello

I downloaded the Legion 7.3.5 client. The download is finished and i have un-ticked the read only block on the folder. When i try and run either the 32 or 64 bit EXE file it does not do anything but give me an error. I will attached a snipit of the error. When i follow the link in the error it tells me about connective issues, however i have access to the internet. Is there something wrong here or am i doing something wrong?
