Donation issue

Hi there,

My name is Siferion, I have a character on the 10x realm (Siferion - Dranei Paladin lvl 80). Last week I donated to buy 50 gold and 8 Arcanite Orbs, I only got them after I contacted a GM (Heisenberg#6975 aka EvTech) on Discord, which was really uncomfortable, since I had to wait so much for what I bought. Today, same thing happened - bought a Quel'Delar, Might of the Faithful (http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quel%27Delar) with 416 coins.

I still didn't get it and it's getting kind of frustrating not being able to receive what I pay for. I asked on Discord again and I have been advised to wait for 72 hours and then post on the forum. Sorry, but I don't have this time available and I find it unprofessional to keep a customer waiting for that long.

I am keen to receiving an answer, thank you!

In the meantime, I have something else to add (if somebody will read and reply to this eventually...):

Please cancel my order of Quel'Delar, Might of the Faithful (Level 251 - 416 coins) and, instead, I want a Shadow's Edge (Level 264 - 428 coins), please substract the rest of coins from my balance. I didn't notice Shadow's Edge was also in the shop until now.
