Для начала почему я считаю что Щит праведности и по аналогии Мощный удар щитом должен быть кап block value но его нет.

Поэтому я считаю что на цокле не реализован димишинг блок валью для Щит праведности
Из всей темы тесты шилд слэма с высокими блок валья на цокле сделал 1 человек
