I believe that the silence DR on UA should work a different way because of the nature of triggering the silence. Currently, it silences for 5 seconds, then 2.5 seconds, then 1.25 seconds, then immune. The actual effect before Haste is only 3.5 seconds, then 1 second, then nothing, then immune. The reason is that you trigger the silence on the dispel, which is an instant cast, meaning that a portion of the silence is done when you're on GCD. This means that the third silence is pretty useless. Now, I suppose if you lower your GCD by enough, the third silence would have an effect, but it won't be very much at all, and with the patch lowering the duration to 4 seconds, no amount of Haste will change things.

дата релиза патча 4.0.6, где [Unstable Affliction]'s silence effect has been reduced to 4 seconds, down from 5. - Release date (US) 2011-02-08. То есть автор вкурсе нерфа, так как информация по патчноутам опубликована.
