поизучал немного англ язычные ресурсы,многие пишут о каком-то штрафе на прок оружия в левой руке.т.е. не только малое число спецатак левой рукой вызывающих прок оружия,но еще и якобы есть какой-то штраф 50% на прок:

If you use it as a Fury Warrior, keep in mind that proc-weapons have their proc-chance reduced if used in the offhand. Or at least it was that way in the past.

The reason why Gurt'thalak sucks as an off hand weapon is because OH weps get reduced proc chance, by 50% if memory serves. That's why you'll end up losing tons of damage as you cant get the OH Gurth to proc.

вот тут косвенно говорят что при одевании 2 пух одинаковым илвл не будет 2 проков,будут проки только если нормал и гер:
Gurthalak does not procc of rend ticks. Perhaps the reapplication of redn with ms counts as an additional hit but that's not confirmed yet.
why you don't want to wield 2x gurthalak (same ilevel): If they are of the same ilevel the offhand won't procc at all. So 416 + 403 or 403 + 390 gurthalak would work but the same ilevle would be bad. No procc means you'll be better off using an offhand which has some stats on it.

Ask Mr Robot says that the proc rate from DWing Gurthalaks of the same item level is reduced by half for the offhand Gurthalak.
i.e. a 2% chance to proc from a single Gurthalak => 3% chance to proc from DWing.

Pretty much this.
I have 2x403 Gurth and they proc like mad. I get tons of procs and my hit/expertise levels are good w/o losing a lot of crit. I may try using ESS or Ataraxis in the OH but I think i'd resort back to 2xgurth.
Explain to me how I get 6 tentacles up at the same time then (single target)? Also, care to explain why multiple BiS Fury lists show 2x Gurth?

так это стандартный штраф левой руки, ну он никак не должен влиять на шанс прока, возможно на дамаг может влиять ....

насчет 6 проков - у меня 2 хм гурты, ни разу не было больше чем 3 прока, хотя радом был армс не раз с 4мя щупальцами .... как то вообще по идиотски выглядит
