заметил баг, дамажу волками без вещей вообще, бьют по 200 +-, потом убераю комбат одеваю весь сет там 6200 ап, и пуляю обратно один также бьет по 200 другой уже 400, не баг ли?

Вот это уже похоже на баг. оба волка должны перенимать статы шама во время призыва, т.е. ап волков постоянно меняется в зависимости от ап шамана. Оформите если есть такая возможность.

So far it doesn't look like anyone has asked this, but I wanted to see if anyone knew if these wolves act like a Death Knight's gargoyle in the way that for it's duration it's power is based off the death knight's point of summoning and remains that strong until it dies or will these wolves get stronger if WHILE SUMMONED our AP increases?

The wolves stats are based directly off your stats at any given time, they do NOT work like DKs' gargoyles. So there's no point in summoning them when you pop trinkets or whatever, even if they are already out they will gain additional stats when you do.
