ну а ограничение в 40 метров ввели в бфа уже, как писали с пруфами выше

я конечно понимаю что абуз ниче такой, но все же хочу что б все по справедливости было, а не бгшил бгшил и тут хоп и в бан
Both spells apply a buff Displacement Beacon (you are on this page). Duration varies - from the 10 sec baseline to 30 sec with 6/3 Everywhere At Once and the honor talent Rewind Time. You can only use Displacement while this buff is active, which means that if the buff is removed (either via dispel or manually), you cannot use Displacement until you Blink (or Shimmer) again.

You also cannot use Displacement if your orb is further than 100 yards away from you.
