I have an issue with The Raid Gear Lootbox {Antorus}

I bought it on my other account it has around 700 + points left after i bought it
the day after i bought it i ran into a quest issue so i deleted my cache and reset my errors on the website and it broke the item

was wondering if i could get a refund or a new lootbox ? because mine is broken ?
