Changing email to account

I made my account back when it wasn't required to confirm an email address and do not have access to the email on my account. I put a ticket in game asking what I should do, I can show proof of my payment wall, or you can verify my IP location from previous logins.

Please let me know what I need to do to change my email to one I have access to.

Form to fill :
1. Logon / realm on which played ( play)
2. Nicknames characters list are on the account. Class / race specify.
3. The name of the account directly to the PM the GM. If you do not remember indicate the approximate variants.
4. Email address just write to the PM the GM. If you do not remember indicate the approximate variants.
5. Is your mobile phone linked to your account?
6. Has your account been blocked before?
7. Can you provide game screenshots?
