[Не оформлено] Dont changing mana by leveling

My boyfriend has a dwarf shaman (Rhoninon) at lvl 10 and his mana has never changed from lvl 1. He has still 40 mana and it isnt change with levels. And it is happened at every shaman (and paladin too) which we created on our accounts and notebooks. We tried repair character, delete caches and download another WoW MoP game (from your server too), but still nothing change and still new shaman have 40 mana at the start, which it isnt normal too. I find that normal dwarf shaman start with 75 mana (http://wow.gamepedia.com/Shaman). So must be It some bug on server. Spending mana and refill by drinking work normal and it isnt visual problem.

Please help us or give us some advice.

As it should be. 1 LVL - 40mp - LVL 30 - 2K mp, lvl 90 - 300k mp! Mana varies from character level, but changes occur every 20-30 levels.
