and yes u CAN cast it while stunned on ur self or on others..

also u can cast it while saped as well..

You can cast it if you were sapped, or if you were repentanced, however, it will do nothing because those do not count as stuns, they are considered an incapacitation.

But yes, if you get stunned by anything, cast it on yourself and have fun, however, you can be immediately restunned, as it doesn't protect against that.
