I can't transmog anything on my characters. And before someone asks, yes, I downloaded the wow circle client. Can someone tell me where's the problem here and how to fix it?

Have you read the instructions for transmogrification?
Changeable thing to put in the first slot of the main bag. In the next slot, put the thing, the appearance of which you want to get.
