Sudennly... It suppose to be, but it shouldn't. My advise create or join guild/party with like-minded people who help u find reason to play here, where bugs/crashes/unplayable skills and more delicious things. However, in my point of view, for foreigner could be better when they play in their space. I guess official version approve my mind^^
