Where to find english / bulgarian speaking players?

Hello i want to start playing in WoW Circle 3.3.5 x5 realm but when i enter in the chat i show only Russian english i don't understand nothing where i can find English or Bulgarian speaking players or guilds or any community cuz idk how i can play PvE and PvP and make trades please answer me :)
