Единственный кто честно пытался в данной теме найти доказательства, что сейчас работа не верна был Зеро и где то 10 страниц назад он перестал это делать, потому что правильность работы доказывается довольно просто.

Вы ничего не доказали. Цифры не сходятся даже с таким огромным числом атак.

Суть в том, что фикс был произведен не из-за наличия доказательств, а потому что так решил разработчик. Поэтому доказывать что-то бессмысленно. Вы хотели сломать кота, вы его сломали.

А вот пруфов, что все работает так как должно — много.

прочитал все чейж логи, ни в одном не указано что в 3.3.5а кд у клиркаста 10 сек и что прокает только от автоатак... только увидел "пруфы" с ат и непонятные комбат логи, которые не вызывают доверия...
есть возможность указать ПАТЧ в котором описывается работоспособность клиркаста? а то я только вижу

Omen of Clarity is a talent in the third tier of the Druid Restoration tree. It causes all of your spells and auto-attacks to give a chance to grant you a Clearcasting buff, which reduces the mana, rage, or energy cost of your next damage or healing spell or offensive ability to zero. Despite what the tooltip says, virtually any spell cast can trigger the Clearcasting, including ones with no mana cost, though not all spells will benefit from it.
The proc rate is roughly 6%. There is no internal cooldown on the ability, and it can happen multiple times in a row.
Some abilities may cause Clearcasting to trigger, but will not benefit from it or consume the buff when cast. This includes spells such as Mark of the Wild and Nature's Grasp. Thorns is considered a damage spell for this purpose, and as such will benefit from (and consume) the Clearcasting state when cast.
Essentially everything except shapeshifting can cause Clearcasting with this ability, regardless of whether it's a druid ability or not. The herbalist ability Lifeblood can trigger it.
Curiously, characters with Duel Talent Specialization will sometimes trigger Clearcasting by activating their other talent tree.

Druids
Brambles (Balance): Now increases the damage done by your Treants, and also damage caused from your Treants and Barkskin has a 5/10/15% chance to Daze the target for 3 sec.
Celestial Focus (Balance): The stun proc now works with Starfall. This talent no longer has Wrath pushback protection, but instead increases your total spell haste by 1/2/3%.

Hurricane: No longer has a cooldown (was 1 minute).
Improved Faerie Fire (Balance): Now also increases the druid's chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1/2/3% on targets afflicted by Faerie Fire, but no longer works with ranged and melee hit %.
Improved Mark of the Wild (Restoration): Now a 2-point talent, down from a 5-point talent.
Improved Tranquility (Restoration): Now also reduces the cooldown of your Tranquility spell by 25/50%.
Mangle (Feral): Now increases the damage done by Maul in addition to Shred.
Moonglow (Balance): Now also works with Starfall. Moved to tier 2, up from tier 5.
Moonkin Form (Balance) no longer increases your attack power or causes you to regenerate mana off melee attacks, but now has a chance to cause you to instantly regenerate 2% of your total mana every time you critically hit with a spell.
Nature's Focus (Restoration): Now a 3 point talent, down from a 5-point talent. Also moved to Tier 1, up from Tier 2. Now also includes Nourish, Entangling Roots, Wrath, and Cyclone.
Nature's Grace (Balance): Now also reduces the global cooldown of your Wrath spell by 50% while in effect.
Nature's Grasp (Balance): Can now be used and can proc indoors. This is now a base ability at level 11 and has a 100% chance to proc.
New Talent- Protector of the Pack (Feral): Increases the bonus attack power for Bear Form and Dire Bear Form by an additional 20/40/60% for each friendly player in your party, damage taken is reduced while in Bear Form and Dire Bear Form by 1/2/3%.
Nature's Reach (Balance): Now also reduces threat generated by Balance spells by 15/30%.
Nature's Splendor now increases the duration of Lifebloom by 2 secs, (down from 3.)
New Spell: Revive - Returns the spirit to the body, restoring a dead target to life with health and mana. Cannot be cast when in combat. (Ranks 1-7 added)
New Talent - Genesis (Balance): Increases the damage and healing done by your periodic spells by 1/2/3/4/5%.
New Talent - Improved Insect Swarm (Balance): Increases your damage done by your Wrath spell to targets afflicted by your Insect Swarm by 1/2/3%, and increases the critical strike chance of your Starfire spell by 1/2/3% on targets afflicted by your Moonfire spell.

Это официальный сайт близзард с патч апдейтами, чтобы они туда все изменения писали? Мб кто-то забыл или не захотел добавлять, но зато добавили информацию о изменении в ссылке на сам спелл.

Я только писал о 10 секундном кд, от чего должно прокать - логи должны показать.

Ага, а ещё разраб решил часть репорта фиксить а часть нет. А то что именно так работало на оффе чистое совподение и некоим образом не указывает на то что разраб сам искал пруфы.

а если навести на сам спел написано от чего прокает клиркаст2.png

просто до сих пор не могу найти четкого пруфа, что во времена 3.3.5а прокало только от автоатак, с вероятностью 6% и с кд 10 сек... по всем ссылкам что захожу, патчи классики или противоречащая инфа...
я не оспариваю, просто хочу убедиться. захожу на ссылку автора баг репорта, там написано что прокает от всего включая милиспелы. но автор баг репорта пишет "только от автоатак" с ссылками на ат...
