Based on update notes, it says that this quest is given when the quest "Uniting Kul Tiras (https://ru.wowhead.com/quest=51918/uniting-kul-tiras)" is complete. I've done this quest and confirmed it with the flag check command. However, I didn't get The Wolf's Offensive quest. The war campaign subsection in the map also tells me to complete "The Wolf's Offensive" and "Send the Fleet" to get to Nazjatar.

I tried relogging next to Genn Greymane to see if I get the quest but it did not work. I looked around to see if I was missing something else but could not find out, so I wanted to ask you here.
