7) character is level 120, i have completed both https://www.wowhead.com/quest=51916/uniting-zandalar and https://www.wowhead.com/quest=51918/uniting-kul-tiras but still not able to take the quest to unlock https://www.wowhead.com/nazjatar


ive logged out and back in, cleared my cache and still nothing.
