Написал. Вот их ответ:

Unfortunately, as Microsoft has ended support for Windows 7, the Authy app no longer works for this operating system. We're sincerely about that. Please find the system requirements for the Authy app to work properly here.

In this case, we advise downloading the Authy app in one of the supported devices and keep using it from there. Otherwise, you can update your Windows, and use the Authy app from your desktop.

Короче, приложение под Win7 больше не поддерживается. Печально.
