I am experiencing a technical issue that is seriously affecting my gaming experience. The issue occurs with the quest "The Dark Portal". When trying to advance in this quest, the program stops working correctly. In addition, when interacting with the map of this quest, in certain areas, it kicks me out of the server, forcing me to debug from the web in order to continue.
I have tried to solve the problem by performing several actions:
I verified that I have a stable internet connection with 300 Mbps.
I use a high-performance computer capable of running games like Fortnite and Valorant in high resolution without problems.
I formatted the computer and installed the game from different reliable download sources.
Unfortunately, the problem persists. This situation prevents me from continuing to level up and affects my interest in paying for the game, since I cannot enjoy smooth gameplay.
I would greatly appreciate your support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
