I am wondering how do I know much the cost of my donation is in US$ dollars, as all I am seeing is in Russian Rubles, so please assist me in understanding, what the cost of 500 to 1000 bonus points is worth as I am wanting to purchase some gold, but need to be sure I have enough money to cover the donation.

If you're seeing prices in Russian Rubles (₽) and want to know how much that is in US Dollars (USD), you can simply use Google. Just type in the search bar something like:
"1000 rubles to USD"
and it will show you the current exchange rate.
For example, as of now:
1000 RUB ≈ 12.02 USD
