I'm past all that. I'm downloaded and installed and logged in. What I'm not is knowing what needs to reach level 10 in order to make a character. Everything is blocked and there's no explanation anywhere of what I'm doing wrong. Is this not a free server, I have to pay somewhere to reach level 10 of whatever?
