Application form for adding a channel:

- Description of the channel for the site (it should be indicated: class, type (pvp, pve), client version, well, something from yourself). Well i play mostly 3.3.5 expension , i have many chars , but playing on wow circle not for long time but i start loving to play here, mostly of my stream you can see is PVE content but i will try to pvp :)
- Stream name and your nickname (for display on the site). Nerfukas - is ON fire
