Panda wow x5 population locked and cant log in

Hi all, so im having problem, just got home from work. Ive played past several days im lvl 89, got home wanted to log in , got to server selection screen and for panda wow x5 server population is showed as locked and doesnt let me in even tho it says connected but it doesnt.

Server got manual restart 1 hour ago, and started to crash like every 3 mins. They have problems with some update i guess.
