Legion 7.3.5 x4 "Cry Thunder!" quest bug (Stormheim)

I would like to report a bug with one quest in Stormheim story line

As soon as you land after completing this quest "Where Dragons Rule" (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=39652/where-dragons-rule) you approach Thrymjaris (Mother of the Thorignir) to take next quest but before you even manage to accept the quest Vethir dissapears what makes the next quest "Cry Thunder" impossible to complete (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=38624/cry-thunder).

Could you please fix this most likely by making Vethir stay there and not dissapear or by making it apear as soon as you accept "Cry Thunder" quest?

Abandoning the quest does NOT fix the issue and when I go back to the previous location of the Vethir he is not there so I am completely stuck

The dragon is basically not there (Vethir) so i cannot proceed with the chain quest

This has been fixed somehow. The dragon reappeared eventually. I can proceed with the questline now.

But, what about if you are no longer on the mountain? How can you go back up there if you don't have flying mount? I abandoned this quest long ago because it wasn't working and now I can't return to the peak.

If you are no longer in the mountain then you can find Vethis in Lorna's Watch in Stormheim but Vethir there is having bug and will not take you to mountain but it isd suppose to take you to the top of the montain

Went and finished the achievement "What a Ripoff!" and the next day Vethir appeared.
