last year, around the end of Christmas, I lost my account because of the code that I was constantly asked to put to access the account, in fact telling me that the code was wrong even though it was the only one that came out in the app. So I would like to ask if the account was recoverable or not. I have both the email and the password of the account, the only problem is the two-factor authentication.
