I didn't receive items after buy in Item Shop

Hello!

I buyed the Sanctified Ymirjar Lord's Shoulderplates and some Emblem of Frost and i waited for half hour now, but i don't get nothing.

When i'm purchased the items, the game is not runned, and deleted cache files, like in rules, but nothing happened.

I checked my mail several times.

I choosed the right character. (Gyarfas)

Please check the transaction, and make my items available in my Mail please.
