Quick start price didn't change after phone linking

Yesterday, I have successfully linked a phone number to an account (for the first time) but the price of Quick start haven't changed. So even though there are around 500 bonuses present on the account, I am unable to get the compensation.
Could somebody please advise me?

The problem was the same IP restriction which prevented me from redeeming the fast start. It took me a bit more time to find the answer because of language barrier.

The problem is solved and thread can be closed. Sorry for unnecessary problems.
