HELP PLEASE

I can't log into bfa.
I created 2 bfa accounts, then activated them by clicking the link on the email. But the "wow circle" site doesn't let me in with those accounts.
I followed the instructions and downloaded bfa via mediaget then right-clicked on the extracted folder and removed '' read only ''.
When I start the launcher it opens WOW but there is no way to enter the game.
Either it tells me that the data entered is incorrect or it tells me that I have been disconnected.
I tried to use vpn but nothing changes.
Help I just wanted to play a game, it's so frustrating.
