2FA code is not working

I enabled my 2FA code, in the authenticator app, and then I saw that it was written there and the app "authy" needs to be used, so I downloaded the app and did the authentication there,
now, when I want to login to my account, nothing works, I try to disabled the 2FA, doesnt work, what can I do?

What error do you get exactly? Wrong code or anything else?

I deleted it, and its unrecoverable, I need to unbind it so I can enter my account and then ill bind it again with new code.
